Another of Yogesh's strengths is problem dissection. He has an innate ability to find the root cause of a problem and identify possible solutions with their costs. He is very skilled at asking the right questions of the right people. There have been a number of occasions where I went to Yogesh with a problem and possible solutions to that problem. In the course of reviewing these complex technical problems, I was confident in his ability to absorb the information and help decide upon the best solution. Many times he would provide alternative solutions or provide a unique perspective on the overall problem at hand. In addition to his problem dissection skills, Yogesh leads with confidence and focus. He is passionate about getting first-hand knowledge from the customer in an effort to find out what they are really trying to do.
