Involved in end to end recruitment cycle right from screening, short listing, mapping skills with requirements, interest check of the candidates to the final placement of the candidates.• Managing the full life cycle recruitment process including: posting jobs, mass mailing , candidate sourcing, screening, reference checking, candidates interviews, salary negotiations, closing & follow up across Middle and Senior levels of management.• Sourcing through references, advertisements, job portals, data base etc.• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Understanding the client's requirements in respect of the candidate's profile, job description, salary payable and dates of recruitment.• Sourcing candidates using primarily screening and searching / assessing relevant CVs from databank and portals.• Scheduling and Communicating with the companies as well as with the candidates regarding telephonic and personal interviews.• Regular follow up with clients as well as candidates till joining as well as keeping track with the candidates after their placements also.
