 Maintain SAP master Data (for example Material/Item, BOM, routing, vendor, customer, Employee master, tax condition maintain under GST (CGST, SGST, IGST), Price condition record etc.) as approved by business review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and executes mass maintenance requests. Work with technical support to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented standards and resolve any program related error with the Master Data processes and create new LSMW for mass data upload and changes in master data. Creation of Number Range for Batch Management at Material Level: Specify use of Standard Number Range. Work with other functions (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing sites and Finance) to ensure Master Data & Other related issues are resolved Ensuring data accuracy and reporting to internal and external auditors as required and data integrity checks Maintain process documentation for master data objects and views  Experience of working with SAP MDM module.  Create engineering bill of materials (EBOM) which is organized according to the design of a product. Converting engineering BOM (EBOM) in to Manufacturing BOM (MBOM). BOM uploading in system & error resolution as well as regular updating add delete list Check cost impact on last year sales Qty using Tool if replacement part in MBOM, inform to the authorize person.  Check available stock in production while delete final product of BOM if items are shown, check with production how to handle stock.  Changes in Materials Master Views in System as per request. Create DN (Design notification): New product DN, Modification DN, Stop order DN, Withdrawal DN, Reinstate DN in ERP (BPCS). Product option link and update to final product in System.  Using excel macro tools for reserving new items in ERP(BPCS), creating and making DNs, Upload new BOM, do simulation on cost of prepared BOM (changes), required data download from system. Responsible for the day-to-day planning, management of multiple projects. Effectively and efficiently managed multiple projects at one time.  Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters.

 Material Master- Create material mater of finished cable and semi finish codes.  Create Multi-Level BOM structure, all items that are in parent-children relationships and release it in system.  Routing, version & work center plant level / factory level master creation MRP (Material Requirement Planning) run through system (weekly, monthly / PO release)  Plan v/s actual though system. Production deceleration in System & inform to stores for next process.  Follow up with stores & Excise for Invoice printing. Batch Management- Batch specific unit of measurement, Batch derivation & Batch determination strategy. Creation of Number Range for Batch Management at plant level: Specify use of Standard Internal Number Range or External Number Range or Both WIP Stock entry and compile WIP report in the ms-excel and upload in SAP. WIP material mapping into the system. Gives standard consumption data for input output ratio report. Release holdup material after rework done in system.  Coordination with others dept for solving issues related to short row material  Creating production order and stock Transfer Order. Maintain all commercial documents related Production department. Generating different daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
