Dreaming-Planning-Living, the dream, isn't it what we all want.The key question for me has always been, do you "follow your passion" or do your "passion follows you." Although the 1st option is what we all dream of, but I believe that as human beings, we tend to evolve, and so does our passion. In this support role, I managed phone calls, emails, and chats with customers, ensuring the resolution of any issues and escalating issues as needed- Covered various aspects of Project Management like Team Handling & Tracking, satisfaction of customer and do Disbursement of All Loan Product.- Taken up challenges such as , Tracking of Status of Property paper, Maintaining of branch NPS Score and Support my colleage , Process customer request in given TAT.
