Follow-up for the delivery & carrying out the Logistics for the same. In charge for the completion & follow up of the Material Management cycle right from the requisition raised to the vendor payment using ERP. Also updating the records for future ref. Updating the Feedback from the vessel regarding the Quality check for the items supplied & taking corrective actions. Responsible for liaison with site superintendents & Shipyards, evaluation of drawings and plans; monthly and weekly. Arrange repairs, service engineers and underwater surveys as required.
