Effective from 1st july i moved to new role as a Senior Engineer at same previous location at Western Coalfield Limited to direct customer support.Looking three coal mines projects independently and involved in major breakdowns, work with area office team, highlighted major & minor issues and discussed to area office to rectify in case of not resolve at projects base level.Having strong sales professional. key points I.e troubleshooting, commissioning, proactively involved in major & minor work to reduce down time, maintenance activities planing & execute to reduce major failures and monitoring data .

Moved to Nagpur since sept 2020 to direct customer support ( Western Coalfield Limited which is subsidiary of Coal India Limited public sector Unit Goverment of India) under dealer deputation in minning application.Here i am looking equipment ie. Dumper, dozer, drills, water sprinkler & excavators which is powered by Cummins engine.My Key responsibilities is to reduce the downtown of engines, Planing & excute schedule and Maintenance activities in projects to reduce breakdowns. Having good technical sounds as well troubleshooting skill So that whenever failures / breakdowns will come then resolve to problem as soon as possible.

Got transfer to Kerala ( Kochi) after completing my training since june 2019 and worked with many application i.e powergen, marine, fire pump and construction application in off high way equipments.Handled with government customer like i.e Indian Navy, coust guard BPCL, IOCL and IREL.Received high appreciation from BPCL customer to restore the engine as well service.

Gone through training on Cummins diesel engines for 10 to 11 months in technical training center at phaltan ( pune)
