Checking with BT- Verification of Debit & Credit NoteDispatch and Receivable: -- Verification of Sale Invoice with PO & STO Vs. Gate Outward.- Collection review / verifications- Verification of Debit & Credit Note- Verification of Distributer Appointment Form (New Customer Open form)- Physical Verification of Cash (Randomly)- Physical Verification of Stock (Randomly)- FG material sale rate Books / Statutory SAP: -- Review of Pending entries and follow-up review thereon- Status of GR /IR Clearing (Vendor + Freight)- Status on Vendor s/ Staff / logistic advance- Scrutiny of Receivable advance / Payable outstanding.- Status on in transit Entries - Cash / Stock- Statutory compliance (GST /TDS/PF/ESI/ etc.)- Status of open PO / SO- Budget- Need to discuss.- Any Misc. assignmentOperational Audit: -- Handling all work of operation of company like activity related to product, quality, sales, etc., and Research & Development of its operation.

- Handling All types of Payment through Cheque of NEFT or RTGS,- Bank Reconciliation, Branch Reconciliation, GST2A Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, Bank Charges Reconciliation,- LC & BG related work,- Bills Payable accounting, Balance Sheet finalization etc.- Handling with Internal Audit of accounting systems, Risk Assessment Procedure,- Terms of audit engagement, Audit Documentation, communicate with management TCWG for audit relating purpose,- Material miss-statement related to entity and its environment, audit risk, walk through test etc.

Successfully handling the Internal Audit function including Operational Audit of company with other team members .

All work related to finance & Account function like Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Contractor Payment , Fooding & Lodging Payment , TDS Payment , Debtors and Creditors Management etc.
