 Assist Manager to set up Role Model Ring Plant. PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction, PPAP. Quality system Implementation & Maintain the system. Process Audit, Monitor & Analyse variations and Counter Measures. Plant Capacity Calculation & Optimized Manpower allocation. Machine Trials Commissioning, Erection and Capability Analysis. Responsible for maintain interrupt production with meeting Productivity, Quality and Cost targets for Export Lines.  Responsible for the, PROCESS PLANNING, FACILITY LAYOUT, EQUIPMENTS PLANNING for new model development. All New Engine Developments and process support to the plant. Line Balancing, Process defect reduction, Work Standardization & Best Practices. Design & Improvement in Jigs & Fixtures as for new model requirement. Cell Improvements MTM (Method time management) Analysis & Ergonomically issues.
