 Responsible for managing Accounts & financial accounting for the 15 clinics across Dubai & Sharjah , including taxation matters. Playing a key role in analyzing the feasibility of the new Clinics/Projects. Oversee the month-end closing process while eliminating inefficiencies Revenue Reconciliation with Insurance companies (In UAE) Analysis and reduction of accepted rejection as per Submission, 1st Resubmission and 2nd Resubmission.  Forecasting of revenue plan and unit growth analysis Quarter to Quarter & Year on Year Basis. Validate & Monitoring of timely submission of statutory compliances like TDS, WCT, Service Tax & VAT.  Analysis and revision of Healthcare Packages for business growth. Analysis indirect or overhead expenses on monthly basis for reducing and increase Profit margin. Review and ensure application of appropriate Internal Controls and financial procedures. Assess and evaluate financial performance with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts (like P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow & Fund Flow) Analysis Creditors Ageing & Debtors ageing on weekly basis for reducing Debtor & Creditor Turnover days. Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and Annual Financial Statements like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c and Balance sheet to Head Office and Management. Prepare, Analyse and Present the Monthly Financial Budgeting reports by department Wise including Monthly Profit & Loss, Forecast Vs Budget. Serve as a Key point of Contact for External or Internal Financial/Operational Auditors conducted by E&Y etc. Manage Cash Flow Planning process and ensure availability of funds on timely manner. Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency. Manage the creation of reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting
