Performing monthly, quarterly and year end close and non-close activities,Preparing and posting journal entries which include monthly standard/recurring journals, month end accruals, prepaid expenses, and their amortization, JEs for intercompany accounting, JEs for different type of provisions e.g., provision for severance and bad debts, provision for bonus and fringe expenses, JE for gain or loss on sale of investment, investment revaluation JEs, reclass entries like profit center reclass, accounts reclass, trading partner reclass etc. Preparing and maintaining prepaid expenses and accrual schedule,Preparing reconciliation to identify mismatch between SAP and HFM data if any,Preparation of investment schedule on monthly basis to show acquisition of new investment, their sale and revaluation if any,Preparation of monthly reconciliation for different balance sheet accounts and review of team member’s account reconciliations,Taking all necessary measures and steps to ensure that business deliverables are provided in timely manner with quality standards, especially during the month end close,Timely review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to incorporate the new changes and scenarios to keep them alive.
