As Head of Engineering, has a lead role in developing plan for execution of Onshore and Offshore project(s) of Triune Energy Services Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi. Working closely with Engineering HODs to manage, supervise, monitor engineering functions, engineering standards, establish man-power requirements, man-hours efforts for timely delivery of quality documents. Preside over engineering reviews of projects (both in house as well as with client), lesson learnt sessions. .Conduct regular engineering reviews of running project(s) with project manager(s) and department HODs, identify gaps in execution and initiate mitigate actions. Conduct bench marking of quality and efficiency to provide direction and guidance towards cost effectiveness of engineering designs as per standard engineering processes. Identify needs for new engineering standards, standard specifications and ensure periodic review and upgrade currently available standards. Develop capability and domain expertise across the various streams of engineering disciplines and succession plans.
