Accounting & Controlling• Ensure that invoices are processed within the guidelines.• Physical Verification of Invoices comparing with Purchase Order & GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in SAP system (3 way matched).• Working on the enquiries of vendors and providing them with necessary details.• Reconciliation & Clearing of GL - Vendor claim A/c, Retention A/c, Open Advances, GR IR A/c Modvat A/c and Open Creditors.• Process Debit Note/Credit Note of Vendor Claim and others as per requirement. • Clearing open GR IR, GIT & MTO.• Providing data required as per Auditors Requirement.• Resolving P2P alerts queries.• Assists auditors for the purpose of providing support and documentation on internal processes • Preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs• Monitoring balances of various accounts and related financial activity• Fixed assets – Ageing CWIP, Capitalization & Verification. • Attending Fixed assets audit as per guideline given.• Inventory-Responsible for the completion of the monthly perpetual inventory.• Reconliasation of common pool inventory for utilization.Turnover /MIS Activities• Preparation documents Invoice, RP, and DI for Dispatches (Local/Export/Re P export).• Order Execution: Sales order booking in SAP based on inputs received from Customer. • Responsible for OWN & Inter Company Business Turnover.• Releasing Factory MIS (Monthly Turnover).• Preparing Factory OPR (Overheads Progress Report).• Preparation of post shipment Export documents. • Preparing monthly reports and assisting in month end closing.

Accounts Payable• Physical Verification of Invoices comparing with Purchase Order & GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in SAP system.• Scrutinize the invoice and ensuring finance policy is met before processing of invoice. • Release approved invoices for payment in the ERP system.• Pass the LIV (Invoice Receipt) against the GRN.• Pass the Payment entry in SAP of Material Invoices, Expenses, and Advances.• Reply to Vendors regarding their Outstanding Payment, Invoice queries.• Preparing accounts payable cheques and processing the same through net transfers.Statutory Compliance• Preparation of monthly TDS payable reports & payment.• TDS return as well as Issuing Form 16 & Form 16A. • Resolve the Queries of Employees in Form 16.

Responsibilities• Physical Verification of vouchers and booked the same in Tally ERP 9.0• Payment to Other suppliers as well as Vendors through E-Net Banking( Transffer,NEFT, RTGS)• Handling cash as well as bank transactions. • Payment of TDS. • Issuing TDS Certificate to vendors.• Maintaining, Analyzing & reconciling all the accounts such as Accounts Payable & Receivable.• Weekly Maintenance of Bank Reconciliation Statement.• Preparing & maintaining Fixed Asset Register and doing Physical verification on quarterly basis.• Preparing outstanding statement of suppliers on monthly basis.• Providing MIS to the manager as per requirement.
