Project Manager Involved with the expansion works at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) at Mumbai. Working on implementation of various projects for our Company. Responsibility involved overall coordination with all Client internal departments for Design coordination with all external agencies including the EPC contractor L&T

Job responsibility includes setting up the new projects in terms of the quality systems and the resources, putting in place check points for control, cost and resource estimation and managing the project in working stage. Office related decisions regarding hiring of new staff, on-going learning programs, project profitability to be taken.• Design of 6 to 14 storied residential complex for Puri Constructions Ltd. at Faridabad near Delhi. Architects - Arcop. • Design of residential and commercial complex for Architects Studio U+A for First City Place in Bangalore.• Utility Master Planning for 263 acre IT SEZ project near Manesar in Gurgaon for Uppal and TCG Developers, India and Vornado Realty, USA including utilities master planning for electrical, water supply, storm water and sewage design. Architects - KPF, USA and Arcop, India.• Utility Master Planning for 54-acre Biotech Park (including 30 acre SEZ) in Cochin and 103 acre biotech park in Hinjewadi, Pune for TCG Developers including utilities master planning for electrical, water supply, storm water and sewage design.• Design of 140,000 sq. ft. biotech building G+4 Chrysalis Enclave with 2 basements for developers TCG at Hinjewadi, Pune• PMC for Pantaloon Retail project of 200,000 sq. ft. G+3 Mall at Vadodara.• GMR Delhi Airport – Structural engineering for the New Delhi Airport along with the quantity estimation required for tenders for the project. Architects HOK, UK and Arcop, India and Utility consultants, Mott McDonald on this project.• Enercon (India) Ltd. – Design and PMC for 23 Cr. Generator and Mechanical Plant, 35 Cr. Blade Plant and 15 Cr. Central Stores at Daman. Project included Civil, Structural, & Utilities work, including tendering for all the works.• Design and PMC for Inox Multiplex at Goa for GSIDC.• PMC for Prasad Media Corporation Ltd. for IMAX and Multiplex cum Shopping Complex in Hyderabad, 60 Cr.

• Project & Design Management for Godrej Pillsbury Cake mix plant in Sinnar, Maharashtra• Project & Design Management for Gulbrandsen Chemicals Aluminum Chloride plant in Baroda, Gujarat• Project & Design Management for Bajaj Auto Ltd. two wheeler plant in Chakan, Maharashtra• Design Review for Cadbury Schweppes bottling plant at Hyderabad• Designing of Foundations for Chambal Fertilizers Ammonia & Urea plant in Rajasthan (Toyo).

• Design of postensioned flat slab fourteen storied 1000 room hotel with 9 story parking ramp Grand Casino Inc. at Biloxi, Mississippi.• Design of two postensioned flat slab structure with shear walls, seven storied 200 and 600 room hotel for Grand Casino Inc. at Tunica, Mississippi.• Design of steel framing Grand Casino Theater on barges over lake at Tunica, Mississippi.• Design of foundation for 22 t Minster press for Dresser Rand Industries.

• Design of 2 km long Still water bridge. The first major metric project undertaken by Mn/DOT. Designed the 2.65 m steel beams spanning 110 m with optimization studies.• Designed prestressed pretensioned beam bridge, precast post tensioned box girder, Concrete slab span, Post tensioned slab span, Straight and curved steel girder bridges for Mn/DOT. All the bridges conforming to the latest AASHTO standards. Design of various rehabilitation projects (Roads & Bridges magazine, 1994) and temporary structures. • Attended various training seminars and conventions for continuing education in regards to Bridge designing.• Reviewing and checking consultant designs for accuracy in design and general completeness.• Part of the Bridge Metrication committee for the implementation of metric standards in Bridges.
