Leading the Finance function and responsible for handling strategic and operational finance applications which includes budgeting forecasting, ERP implementation, statutory compliances, taxation etc for India & South Asia business

- Evaluation of organic growth opportunities involving Financial Evaluation, Product Pricing and Due Diligence of business cases for various markets. - Preparing financial models for inorganic acquisitions, working on offer pricing for targets with Strategic team.- Making Global Annual Operating plan for the business & giving financial planning and analysis support at the corporate & regional level. - New Market Assessments involving evaluation of New Markets with Global development team while leading the finance function - selection of product portfolio, finalization of Marketing partner & Distributor, finalization of Marketing Partner commission, Agreement reviews. - Preparing R&D Budgets including Product development budget, Overhead Budget and Capex budget. - Evaluation and Approval of R&D Opex and Capex including ROI analysis. - Circulation of Monthly MIS to Senior Management highlighting Variance analysis, Budget utilizations, cost over-runs, Inventory Analysis, Timesheet Analysis, Delay Analysis etc.- Partnering with R&D team to identify areas of improvement, optimize cost & building efficiencies.- Involved in business reviews of regional markets while gaining understanding on market insights, reasons for variations, etc. - Involved in Competition analysis, Brand wise P&L preparation, Gross Contribution Benchmarking for India Business.- Review of Contracts and Agreements for third party manufacturing. - Leading Standardization and Automation of the Business case templates for all markets.

- Providing financial planning and analysis support at the corporate level and assisting executive management in the development of strategic, operating, and long-term plans. - Development of monthly forecast updates and perform analysis with actual. - Provide analysis and support of consolidated projections for management review processes. - Providing timely and meaningful financial results, key financial metrics and variance analysis. - Management reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. - Variance Analysis actuals v/s forecast v/s budgetForecasting of expenses at a Business Line level and upload into relevant databases.- Forecasting of revenues at a Business Line level and uploading into relevant databases. - Liaise with Global team, regional business heads and finance leads to understand and identify opportunities & risks.

- Manage the Planning Cycles/Forecast and Strategic plan processes in Finance applications and provide full support to MEU users during ME close. - Maintaining standard cost, transfer price of items and controlling revenue recognition activities.- Preparation of various advance Excel files which contains data for each country and region in a single file only (Actual and Budget GST Implementation & monthly compliance regarding GSTIN -1,2 & 3 on regular basis). - Ensuring compliances with statutory provisions, laws, regulations, policies & procedures. Also provide assistance on timely compliance with prevailing tax laws. - Provide qualitative insights, prepare reporting packages, financial analysis and decision support.- Consolidation of monthly results, Prepare Budget/Forecast P&Ls in country / area, input into the system and reporting at Regional level.

- Involved in transition of FP&A process at Regional Headquarters for FMGC client.- Managed the Planning Cycles/Forecast and Strategic plan processes in Finance applications. - Assisted the Controllers in NRDrivers, EVA calculation and NR Trend reports.- Preparation of various decks for Management at planning intervals and on monthly basis for actuals.- Cost Center management, Commentary to Key stakeholder in Biz. - Reporting and analysis of actual Business Performance against plan (Sales, Headcount, Overheads, Marketing spend).- Assisting Controllers for preparing the Integrated Business Plan Booklet (Supply and Demand Review)& also assist in Strategic Plan.- Implementation of new Marketing tool , which helped teams to utilized the expense in more productive manner and give better rate of return (opportunity cost).
