- Data Analysis: Drilling down the client data and cleansing it to create a clean data set for further analysis and project execution.- Demand Planning and Forecasting: Developing demand forecast using tools (currently working with Forecast Pro and SAP IBP) with blend of consideration of other factors affecting the demand forecast and market intelligence- Performing statistical modeling within the tool to best fit the model to reduce the forecasting error and bias and plan the future demand accordingly; Using various approaches of building a forecast (top down/ bottom up)- Segmenting the products based on various criteria; depending upon the client business- Analyzing the error reports- Inventory optimization by analyzing the KPI's (Service level/ Fill rates/ DoH/ Inventory levels/ Lead Time/ Shipments vs Returns)- Supporting activities in some workshop presentations & client training presentations
