Was resposible for IT initiatives aligning business requirement, responsible for managing ERP, IT Hardware, Networking, Data center, consolidating and distributing information from all depots of prism cement across india, IT Road map, Goal setting and reviewing for IT Team

Was responsible for all Financial Application like AP,AR,GL and FA, apart from this was also managing MS Exchange and Optical-Fibre Network for IT department across Aditya Cement Plant.
