ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel Blast furnace Project, Hazira, GujaratWork Responsibility:•Responsible for preparation of the ITP (QAP), work procedure/Guidelines to meet the client requirement qualityproduct.•Review & follow project technical documents related to projects such as PO, Tech. Specification, DRAWING & otherapprovals for in-process activities.•Responsible for preparing WPS, PQR, WQT & Weld Map for different materials as per specification required.•Planning in-process inspection activity as reference to the required documents.•Stage-wise inspection activity for Static equipment, Piping and Structure as following drawing, QAP, Tech.specification.•Review Heat treatment chart/PWHT chart.•Witness/Review DT & NDT (DP, MP, UT & RT) for the weld joints/Raw material as reference to ITP &Code/Standard.•Responsible for the paint inspection & for the various paint test like X-cut, Adhesion, Pull-off, Holiday etc.•Interacting with the Client or supplier related to the quality issue & ongoing project status.•GD&T interpretation & machining inspection by using various gauges like micro-meter, vernier, Surface roughnesscomparator, etc.•Issue NCR, Field Observation report for non compliance of Quality norms & requirements.•Responsible for writing Compliance, Root cause analysis, Corrective action & Preventive action against the NCRreceived from Client end.•Implementing & monitoring quality requirements for in-House fabrication items (Weld sequence, Carrying oven,Shell Ovality).•Compliance with all documents (Quality Dossier) before final dispatch/handover for getting Quality Release Notefrom Client.•Experience professional in using ERP IFS & Oracle software for executing project works.•Prepare documents that fulfills the requirement of ISO 9001 & facing internal & external audits.

•Review & follow customer documents related to project such as PO, QAP, DRAWING & other approvals for in-process activities.• Planning in process inspection activity as referenced to the required documents. • Review & approve incoming material & consumables certificates as per ASME Sec II.• Knowing test pieces drawing from material as per required standard. • Review the DT & NDT reports as per Acceptance Standard.• Interacting with the customer or supplier related to the quality issue, if found any problem within the process.• Coordinate with Client & share stage wise status for ongoing projects. • Implementing & monitoring quality requirements for in-House fabrication items (JIG for Drilling Hole, Shell Ovality, Carrying oven)• Monitoring supplier progress, performance & follow-up to achieve schedule.• GD&T interpretation & machining inspection by using various gauge like micrometer, vernier, Surface roughness comparator etc.• Stage-wise shop floor inspection as following drawing, QAP, Tech. specification.• Prepare Repair procedure if any discrepancy observed.• Raising Inspection calls for the Raw material clearance and other in-process stage inspections to the client.• Coordination with the third-party inspectors (TPL, BV’s, TUV) during Inspection.• Submitting Compliance & write Corrective action & preventive action against the NCR.• Compliance all documents before final dispatch for getting Quality Release Note from Client.
