Implementation and monitoring of QMS activities.Maintaining QMS in line with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015 standard and internal process.Handling complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities & designs and managing quality across various functional departments, as per the set standards.Responsible for customer audit (Product & Process) and complaint with the closure of NCR's on time.Support team members to reduced internal rework and rejection.Responsible for BOP supplier part quality.

• Maintaining all process parameters and do inspections according to as per control plan.• Prepare PPAP documentation such as control plan, PQCS, process flow diagram, checking aids list, PSW, dimensional result report, PFMEA, etc.• Maintain calibration record of gauges & measuring instruments.• Prepare quality standards & process validation for the activity on the shop floor with present QAP.• Provide training to operator & inspector and Prepare skill metric.• Knowledge of welding fixtures, jigs, and receiving gauges on the production line. • Prepare and display SOP & Quality alerts on shopfloor.
