• As freelancer for Sourcing for Apparel and accessories.• Responsible for all new development, order placement and production. • Sourcing and developing new vendor base• Negotiating price and close costing responsible for all merchandising related issues and ensure timely delivery of complete merchandise.

- Creating a line plan and get it approved from Management.- responsible for negotiating and Closing Costings- Responsible for Order allocation , production and Quality and timely delivery of the styles placed with vendors.

- Increase in contribution to overall profitability by negotiating the prices and costing’s- Overseeing Merchandise planning to the optimum use of resources by allocating developments with factories based on product strength.- Ensure the continuous implementation of new category /Product on an ongoing basis.- To ensure implementation of innovating methods to increase multiples.- Ensure SOP implementation at all levels in the division.- To overview, coordinate and ensure adherence to the deadline arrivals.- Sourcing and developing new vendor base- Coordination with Category managers/Operations in terms of merchandising function.- Create a range plan at the start of each season in line with Global range and Retail requirements.- Regular sales analysis to identify which products have received good response, identify the weak links, assess the reason of their non-performance, and use the learning in developing new products.- Responsible for development of products from design handover to final product handover, ensuring all inline processes, on time delivery and Goods to reach our store and monitoring the sale through.- Having expertise in handling CTM (Close to Markets) programs in very short lead times.A&G Excellence - Having experience of handling Bags and Backpacks business for Reebok India for 2 years along with Apparels (all imports from China) in association with Genius Bags and leather crafts. - Handling E2E process for the Bags categories.- Responsible for Proto, PP and TOP approvals and taking care of all logistics for A&G category

- To consistently monitor the flow of the orders in terms of approving, proto’s, fits, color approvals etc. by rigorous follow-ups and visits to the factory floor. - To monitor the production flow of the vendor with a foresight so as to avoid any unexpected problem that might occur to hamper the timely delivery.- Suggested new quality standards & settings for different products to increased productivity. - Taking care of domestic production also.- To ensure that all the factories are thoroughly evaluated and that they meet the buyer’s factory compliance norms. - Handling buyers independently start from Product development till the execution of the order.- Coordinating with other departments and teams to execute the order- Daily production follow-ups for fit, Pre-pros, & approving Qualities, Lab dips, Bulk fabric, Prints/ Embroideries strike offs.- Making work in progress reports [WIP] of Sampling & productions and send to buyers on weekly basis. - Doing Price Negotiating on quotations with buyers.- Managing a group of QA’s
