Build & manage end-to-end supply chain for the health & wellness startup in D2C segment. viz Procurement, Demand planning, Warehousing & Logistics, EXIM (0-1 journey)Global Procurement- End-to-end outsourcing of packaging and raw materials from suppliers based out of china & India- Own P&L, Optimise cost, control inventory, schedule production with contract manufacturers, organise first & mid mile ops of finished goodsWarehousing & Logistics- Design & establish distribution & logistics network pan India by partnerships with 3PLs & CFAs- Ideate and build warehouse management system in collaboration with tech team- Evaluated & partnered with freight forwarders, custom house agents (CHAs) to manage imports

- Part of Leadership team to built end-to-end supply chain from the scratch (0-1 journey) viz Established & expanded the distribution n/w from 1 to 11 warehouses pan India, set up logistics n/w, institutionalised S&OP, managed 20+ different suppliers pan India for procurement needs, launched SAP, hired & mentored team of 200+ employees- Planning & S&OP: Forecast demand, plan supply, develop long term road map, led S&OP to drive & influence strategic decisions in alignment with business goals by integrating with founders & multiple CXOs- Procurement: Manage procure-to-pay of 2500+ different SKUs by strategic partnerships with 20+ vendors across India & china, supplier performance in terms of price, quality, agility & lead times- Warehousing: Design, establish, partner & lead 11 warehouses of 280k sq.ft capacity pan India via 3PLs & CFAs, control inventory of ~100+cr, peak order volumes of ~90 tons per day, plan for peaks- Formulate & own KPIs i.e. OTIF, cost per unit, O2D performance, Inventory levels, Fill rate, Pilferage, order accuracy- Logistics: Identified, evaluated & collaborated with 10+ different 3PLs (FTL, PTL) pan India- Reduced overall cost (warehousing and logistics) from 6.2% to 4.9% by improving and maximising truck utilisation, route planning & consolidating orders, improved manpower productivity via process interventions & automation solutions- Improved overall OTIF from 84% to 96% by continuous improvement initiatives- Led SAP S/4 HANA MM project from solution designing, execution to deployment- Leadership: Cross-functional collaboration with multiple CXOs to drive quality, productivity, process controls- Own operational P&L, integrate with finance for inventory policies, optimisation of working capital (OPEX), strategic long term view of CAPEX- Hired, mentored and led a team of 200+ (on-roll + off) employees, define & sustain their KRAs, create a culture of positive feedback, continuous learnings & growth, respect, trust & transparency

- Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations of Myntra in a ~300k sq.ft set up, managed ~5.5 million+ units inventory, Outbound operations of 150k+ per day, peak volume of ~500k per day during sale - Reduced %wrong products dispatched to customers from 1.2% to under 0.5% via process variability study (six sigma method)- Successfully planned and executed multiple peaks (EORS) of Myntra- Cross functional coordination with central SCM team for capacity & resource planning, manpower allocations basis productivity- Managed 350+ vendors under MP operations across western region of India, collaborate with category, cat-ops, finance & partner support team to address vendor issues - Led first mile operations of Marketplace operations, route planning, logistics optimisation, maximise truck utilisation, cost reduction initiatives - Part of the team that implemented automation solutions like Shipment-sorter, Item-sorter, etc- Led a team of 20 managers and associates, ~1000+ blue collar employees, measure performance, source, nurture & roll out ideas, share best FC practices

- Established JIT based Marketplace operations for western region of India- Key role in end-to-end planning & successfully merging Jabong Marketplace operations with Myntra Marketplace ops- Design Key metrics, optimize & track health of WH operations, drive quality, process excellence, lean initiatives, set & achieve high productivity targets, minimise defects, drive high metrics compliance viz. shipping & packing, optimise cutoffs (C2D)- Reduced provisioning of 15 Cr by efficient handling of RTV items, reduced in-transit & FC damages, QC adherence

- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, bullion procurement, warehousing, logistics & last mile deliveries with a team of 30+ employees, track & sustain KPIs- Study & analyse system bottlenecks, formulate strategies & implement process improvements end-to-end- Inventory management, forecast consumption of materials & design entire process of raw material procurement- Improved NPS from 39 to 48 within 5 months by studying and analysing success factors & implementing solutions across functions - Look for continuous improvements in the process by studying, analyze and streamline the process across verticals (Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics) - Cross functional interaction across teams to drive system improvements & efficiencies - Work closely with tech, design & business team to build, launch & manage the product, project coordination- Drive innovation, create requirement documents & road-map to take end-to-end ownership of systems
