Mr.Yogesh is Senior Manager in Governance and Controls department in AEL Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate. Worked with Holcim India from May 2020 to Sep 2022 and as part of Holcim divestment, moved to AEL with below responsibilities:His key responsibilities include (from Sep'22 onwards)-Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) set up on SAP hana studio for AEL Group-Reviewing draft of 125 plus CCM controls for Procurement and Inventory-Defining output requirements for CCM exception views with SAP tables and fields to be referred-Controls divided basis process, financial and config and Hana views segregated into controls and analytics-Testing CCM exceptions generated-Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of project by IT partner (Coders team)-Segregation of Duties (SOD) monitoring to ensure minimal SODs-Internal control testing and supporting external auditorsKey Responsibility Areas (till Sep’ 22) at Holcim GCC- Internal Controls:Finalizing Design of internal controls for Holcim GCC for clients in line with group requirements. Ensuring design implementation by Control Owners, monitoring Control Self Assessments and Conducting Annual Test of Controls; Conducting training of Controls Owners and other stakeholders about Internal Control Cycle/GRCPC.-Segregation of Duties (SOD) monitoring to ensure minimal SODs at GCC-Supporting internal and external auditors, tracking of audits actionable implementation-Dashboard development for tracking Control status at group level- Other Activities:SAP GRC PC Management at Holcim Group levelRPA internal control set up at Shared ServicesEnterprise Risk (ERM), Compliance Training Delivery, BCP, ISO audit support for GCC
