To track the project progress using Excel and MS project and maintain a record of issued equipment, Machines, tools and consumables.Compiling all the daily production report in a single report format using excels and reporting the same to the management.Preparing weekly production plan. process control plan.Ensuring the availability of assembly parts, consumables (welding, grinding, & gouging etc.)Dry inspection after fit up of sub assembly and Visual inspection of welding weld repairs.

Teaching the fundamentals of engineering drawing, engineering mechanics & FM with the help of PPT, smart bord & Autocad. Workshop incharge.
