Yogesh is a "Director of National Development" for the FAT Brands Inc, with responsibilities for the Franchise Sales and Real Estate development for variety of Fast Casual and Full service concepts owned by the parent company. He was formerly National Director, Franchise Development for Hurricane Sports Grill & BTW, new concepts of the Hurricane Grill & Wings which was aquired by the FAT Brands. He is responsible for the growth of the concept nationally. Yogesh is an experienced entrepreneur and developer who has a wealth of expertise in concept development, marketing, real estate, sales, and operations. He is a former Development Agent for Subway in Northern New Jersey, growing and managing a territory of over 215 stores. He also served as a Chairman and board member for the largest Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust for 20 years. Previously, Yogesh had a successful career with Schlumberger as a senior engineer and research scientist.Yogesh attended Rutgers University where he earned a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Yogesh also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, the premier engineering institute in India. Yogesh has broad international experience and speaks multiple languages.
