• Handling 3 verticals (Technology, Engineering and manufacturing, Fashion, Aviation, Auto mobile and FMCG) and managing the business of multiple number of GMNC companies by identifying the problem and providing a solution.• Developing the business by communicating with internal teams such as Global account managers, Program managers, Network control group, Clearance (both import and export), OPS, Finance, Key account and customer care. Forming a bridge between GMNC clients and the internal team and acting as a SPOC for the client.• Interacting with internal and as well as external stakeholders frequently to develop the business.
