- Study of Drawings and Technical Specifications related to materials and welding requirements.- Certified Welding Inspector From IIW India. - Deputy Welding Coordinator- DWC for EN 1090-2 EXC3 and ISO 3834-2 Certification.- Preparation and qualification of welding procedure specification according to EN under the witness of TUV-SUD.- Implementing and ensuring welding and allied processes as per ISO 3834 and EN 1090 requirements.- Prepare and review the applicable Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), & Welder Qualification Test (WQT) as per EN ISO Standard.- Preparation of Weld & NDT Map to compliance the quality requirements. - Preparation of Weld Repair Procedure for each and every welding process utilization during fabrication.- Weld Repair Analysis carried out on daily basis and counselling with welders.- Maintaining documentation of Welder Performance Qualification records, Welder list and Welding Procedure Specification records- Responsible for overall In-coming quality, In-process quality, final quality & Supplier quality to adhere the Quality Management System.- Reviewing of consumable batch certificates, raw material test certificates, monitor consumable handling and release for production.- Proficient on evaluation of raw materials based on applicable codes and standards - Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection and control of fabrication parts.- Identify root cause of problems, analyze and develop remedial actions working with shop floor and engineers.- Familiar with manufacturing processes like fabrication, machining, destructive & non destructive testing, heat treatment, blasting, painting, casting & forging etc. - To ensure and monitor the identification and traceability of the product.- Responsible for ensuring that Supplier Quality Issue is resolved.- Prepare Component Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection plans to be provided to Suppliers

P91) ). -Carry out the inspection as per the approved Quality control plan (QCP) with respect to approved drawing, job specification, governing code.-Raw material inspection, prepare & maintain material identification report, stage wise inspection report.-Responsible for all Pre & Post fabrication activities -Conduct fit-up and weld visual inspection, final dimension measurement, Hydro Test or Pneumatic Test.-Conduct Welder qualifications and maintain welder record and Preparation of weld inspection summary.-Preparing and submitting the NDT procedure to the customer for approval.-Preparing and submitting inspection request call and expediting for the same.-Dealing with welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW used in Fabrication of process.-Familiar with material such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel.-Perform Internal, External Inspections of Hydro Turbine, Steam Turbine/Generator, Power Transformer, Presser vessel and its components.-Coordination with TPIA ( i.e BVIS, TUV, Lloyd ) and customer for the inspection as per Quality Control plan.-Ensure that all documents are kept updated and are traceable. -Witnessing of Non-Destructive Inspection (PT, MT, and UT), Hardness and review of RT films.-Preparation & Submission of Quality Control Dossier.-Witnessing Pneumatic Test and Hydro Test of Hydro Turbine, Steam Turbine/Generator, Power Transformer, Presser vessel and its components.-Management representative (MR) during implementation ISO 9001:2008 certification for internal and surveillance audit.
