As a Legal and Corporate Affairs team member:provide counsel to business unit managers in legal issues involved in business operations; draft, rework and negotiate Contracts, Agreements for EU, US and India operations; handle issues relating to manufacturing, licenses, and other agreements; support corporate activities such as joint ventures, investments, and strategic partnerships, and protect HSL intellectual property. Also responsible for planning compliance programs, managing business compliance in EU and US jurisdictions, overseeing brands and trademarks, developing litigation strategy, and serving as the organizational link to the governments and authorities.

Initiated, Formed, Set Up and Lead the Corporate Legal Cell for the organization, with Job responsibilities including but not limited to :• Negotiating, Drafting, and Finalizing contracts with Vendors, Suppliers, and Customers.• Liaise with Corporate on material legal and commercial matters as per company policy.• Negotiation with Vendors, Suppliers, and Customers, on Commercial and Legal understandings• Coordination with the respective division of the Company to finalize the commercial understanding• Drafting and Negotiation on Property related Agreements• Renewal; Termination and Amendments of Contracts, Drafting of Misc Docs viz.
