• Capex Sourcing (Capital Expenditure): Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify capital expenditure needs, source equipment, machinery, and infrastructure required for expansion or upgrading of facilities.• Manpower Sourcing: Collaborate with the HR department to identify staffing needs, engage with recruitment agencies, and manage the procurement of skilled personnel required for different departments within the organization.• Logistics Sourcing: Establish and maintain relationships with logistics partners to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions for the timely movement of goods, ensuring uninterrupted supply chains.• HR and Admin Sourcing: Work closely with the HR and administrative teams to source essential services, office supplies, and equipment, ensuring a conducive work environment and smooth administrative operations.• Marketing Sourcing: Coordinate with the marketing department to procure materials, promotional items, and services required for marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.• MRO Sourcing (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations): Manage the procurement of MRO items such as machinery components, tools, and maintenance services to ensure the continuous functionality of equipment and infrastructure.• Procurement to Pay Cycle: Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing procurement routes, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Proficient in All kind of procurement activities - o Procurement of all kind of mechanical spares, mechanical drawing items, OEM spare parts(Such as bull gears, different kind of shafts, discs, boiler spares, curing presses spares,Ban bury spares, Tyre building machines spares, etc.)o Procurement of different kind of electrical items (Different Price list items such asSwitchgears, automation panels, power supply, relays, recorders, controllers, Drives, etc. form companies like Siemens, Omron, Yokogawa, Yashgawa, ABB, Schneider. ).o Negotiations for finalizing the best price/quality/delivery of all the above-mentioned items.o Proficiency in SAP- HANA MM module (Purchase & stores module).o Assessment of PR’s and accordingly PO generation.o Different kind of report generation (MIS report’s) in materials as per employer requirement
