Data Analysis and Research: Providing support and maintenance to management information systems (MIS); generating and distributing management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Prepare Monthly dashboard report, financial PPT, and Update tracker of management assignments for the department.  Prepare various ad-hoc reports and presentations to the corporate offices for their consolidated financial statements. Assisting the Sr. Management to know the progress and the weaknesses & strengths of the organization by providing various reports/analyses regarding business KPIs and actual performance Vs. budgeted/forecasted figures Coordination and liaising with a cross-functional team to get information for various MIS reporting.Operational Analytics and Incentive Management:  Tracking and Monitoring – Orders received from customers and fulfilled orders on a day-to-day basis. Resolve shipments related query with coordination courier team.  Manage Inventory -Stocks Re-order Level Management for 400 Clinics at Head Office. Monthly purchase reconciliation and price validation as a global agreement with the vendor. Prepare monthly incentives for sales teams and business partners of sales forces. To ensure payment is released within the timeline to business partners and employees as per the scheme  Tracking commercial information of business partners after the approval addition process. Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.

Project Execution: Monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects in PMO Culture. Monitoring ticket activity and agent performance with reports and share to all stakeholders. Development and evaluate new vendors & negotiating price, delivery schedule, and terms and conditions. Ensure Project documentation to keep in web storage Project tender, amendments, POs & Invoices, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), all contract-related documents, important communications, Milestone Completion Certificates, and various Performance Reports. Requisitions supplies, services, materials, and equipment to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet the needs of the customer. Material purchase according to BOM and indent for Purchase Department. Handling vendor inquiries to ensure all Distribution and Logistics plans have an integrated approach to the customer objectives. Warehouse Coordination s- Regarding all types of shortages, damages, rejection with a customer issue. Keeping project stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories level are always accurate. Requisition fresh PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) or renewal for existing project PBG. Liaison with the finance department for timely payment for vendor bills after validating project requisition and PO issue and GRN at the delivery location. Monthly reconciliation of Project BR and Payment collection with BFC (Business Finance Control).  Preparing forecasts and periodic MIS along with Opex and Capex item-wise drilldowns and variance analysis in Actual vs Budget scenarios (MOM, QOQ, and YOY).
