Media and communication academician at Department of Communication and Journalism (#DoCJ_SPPU)

As an Assistant Professor at the Department of Communication and Journalism, Savitribai Phule Pune University, I started to engage with the journalism students from not only Maharashtra but also from all across the country. It is a great learning experience to deal with students and also know more from their experiences. Subjects like Reporting, Development Communication, Investigative Journalism, Data Journalism, and Social Media Communication provided me the opportunity to discuss with the students the impact and usefulness of the field of journalism and mass communication on society. Knowing and understanding the impact of amalgamation of technology with the fields of journalism and mass communication also provided new ways of experiential learning not only for the students but also for me as an educator. I am really happy to be associated with such a wonderful process.
