Handling Multiple Vessel at same time from its initial stage tocompletion stage.• Services like – Crew change, spares delivery, Off landing fromvessels, CTM delivery, Fresh water supply etc.• Coordinate with vessel Master, Local Authorities, Governmentofficials, etc. to seek approval for the service arrangements.• Coordinate with Ship Management companies to collect with requiredinformation with regards to the requested services.• Providing LOI for crew change services.• Coordinate with the vendors (launch providers, transportationvendor, hotel accommodations, etc.) to arrange the service.Review and update the applications in (OneDA & optic) for eachport call.• Liaising with Charterer agency for berthing prospects.

Import documentation executive❏Responsible for providing details regarding ETA's to customer.❏Preparing Authorization and indemnity letters. ❏Co-ordinating with the operation team and arranging collection of Authorization and other necessary documents for Custom Clearance❏Preparing LPO and arranging payments for each Import and courier shipments.❏Delivery order collection and coordination until clearance.❏Bill Filing for Import, cross-trade and courier shipments using AFSYS Software.❏File Management.
