• Handling a complete bouquet of mortgage products which includes HL, LAP, LRD, Commercial purchase, Industrial/SME lending.
• Currently handling a 55 members team which consist of Regional Heads, BSM, s, RM,S, TSM, s and frontline members whose are designated to respective channels for maximum business penetration.
• Responsible for overall P&L performance, portfolio quality, product development, identify area/opportunity for product promotion, identify untapped market space and ensure maximum penetration.
• Close Co-ordination with ZCM/ZCH to enable them to implement an effective credit policy/system in place and keep the delinquency with in defined parameters.

• Cost control, product development and revenue generation to justify the cost for specific channel.
