It is the single paying agency responsible for CAP schemes in England and certain schemes throughout the UK. The RPA is tasked with modernizing the way in which CAP schemes are administered by taking full advantage of the benefits of electronic service delivery to deliver tangible benefits to taxpayers, customers and its employees.
