Managing the Wireless Product Line from Various Vendors including Unlicensed Band 2.4,3.5,4.9-5.8 Ghz , Licensed Band 6-42 Ghz , MMW 60 & 80 Ghz + Laser Technology based FSO Links .Preparing the BOQ's , Desinging the Solutions and Execution . Involved in Complete Installation from Scratch .Conducting Site Surveys . • Give training to subcontractor; check site survey tools of subcontractor, as per project plan add/reduce subcontractor’s number. • Remote Technical Co-ordination involving technical support/ advise needed by the field engineer, trouble shooting, and constant interaction with related departments/ Vendor to resolve the issue. • Performing the Installation and commissioning progress for all the wireless projects . • Involved in generating project related responsibility matrices for all the projects . • Additional responsibilities involved active co-ordination with training department for organizing training sessions for field engineers, maintaining database of manpower, tools etc. • Thorough understanding of MW Network Planning life cycle, from project initiation and QoS target analysis through to guideline implementation and end to end MW Network Planning using a structured methodology . • Providing plan for the new connectivity in the existing network with all requirements like fiber, equipment, Rack and other things .
