This project involves migrating Human Capital Management (HCM) data from a legacy system to Workday and implementing Workday's business processes. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, and streamline HCM activities.

Implementation of Workday Financials and HCM from oracle application and conversion of legacy data into Workday. Integrating with external systems like Jaggaer, datapoint Marketplace.Transmutation and conducting Workday Financials in the organization migrating all the business modules of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) cycles. Project includes design of Dealer improvement and subscription information application using Workday Extend.Worked on Data Extraction from Peoplesoft to Workday. This Involved extracting data out of Peoplesoft initially to help Configure all the required hierarchy Organizational data in Workday prior to extracting the employee transactional data.-Designed and developed a 12-month trailing and trending analysis of employee termination line report based on travelling city using the Workday Prism analytics.-Configured and designed a New BIRT layout using a report design concept to print the static pdf document with all salaried employees for the Focused Development Plan.-Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, designing, tracking, reporting, and analyzing key organizational and operational reports. Created data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Served as HR Workday Report Developer Lead for new implementation to ensure Workday Report and interface testing was complete.-Built Reports in WD to import the data using datasets to Power BI and built multiple Dashboards.

Worked as a technical consultant inthe implementation of Workday Financials and HCM from oracle application and conversion of legacy data into Workday. Integrating with external systems like Jaggaer, datapoint, eProcurement Marketplace.Implemented various inbound/outbound integrations using studio such as:-Miscellaneous Payee and Payment – Utilizing web services and XSLT- Accounting Journal from SIS/FUNDRIVER/BOPS – Utilizing Advanced Reports, XSLT, web services, accounting journal core connector and delivery of log files to SFTP-Send Purchase Order/Invoice data to Third party vendor systems – Utilizing Advanced Reports, XSLT and delivery of order files to SFTP.

This project involves design and development of integrations for HCM Modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruit, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Payroll), Financials in the implementation project. Legacy Systems: PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kenexa. Also, involved in Prism report development to archive the Kronos time tracking and absence and build PRISM pipelines for custom reporting to be used in payroll audit dashboards. PRISM pipelines are designed to store the legacy payroll data into Workday.
