- Manage and analyze more than 1,500 accounts per/month to resolves payment issues.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and the status of accounts. - Record and update customer information, payment histories, and other relevant data in a timely manner.- Monitor and investigate to resolve payment issues then communicate with customers, and update payment status.- Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues.- Collaborate with other teams to develop payment and achieve KPIs to monitor and evaluate payment performance.

- Input delivery order (DO) data using excel and process it into invoices to be billed to vendors.- Update vehicle and driver data into the system.- Update shipping rates and integrate into the system to make automatic calculations using formulas in excel.- Make a vehicle tax bill and check the vehicle tax schedule every month.- Ensure that all invoices that will be billed to vendors are in accordance with the shipping rates.- Contact the driver and inform the daily schedule of deliveries.- Recap monthly invoices and calculate total gross profit to make tax invoices in accordance with PPH 21 tax regulations.

- Create test cases using blackbox method on web and android platforms.- Perform various test scenarios for user interface functionality and suitability.- Create use case and activity diagram based on requirement.- Doing explorative testing with requirement.- Find bugs and monitoring fixing progress via Jira.- Ensure application functions according to user needs.- Create a comprehensive system manual book for user guidance.

- Analyze technical specification from client’s needs.- Develop configuration specifications and application analysis requirements.- Create Flowchart, ERD, Use Case and Activity Diagram based on requirement.- Create Mock Up application / User Interface (UI) based on requirement.- Conduct SIT and UAT.

- Assist IT supervisors in checking complaints from users.- Record complaints from users then make a checking schedule and informing to IT Supervisors.- Measuring and build LAN cables as needed for use in new computer or peripheral.- Ensure the absence system works well and recorded into company database.- Perform weekly maintenance on company printers.- Check the CCTV system and make sure it is works well and backed up.- Back up company data every day.
