Developed a PLM UI Framework - Glide UI for PLM Systems - an intuitive user interface that can be deployed on any on-premise PLM implementation or on the cloud. It not only reduces the number of interactions with the system to get to the information he/she needs but is fast and proactively determines what a user can and cannot do based on his role and state of the object thereby reducing the learning curve to use a PLM system. The application takes a graphical approach appealing to the congnitive mind of the user while recognizing that a table view also has a role for filtering and for mass updates apart from other use cases. Architected a solution for semiconductor IP Creation, IP Management, IP Cataloging, Hierarchical IP BOM Management, Issue/Defect Management, IP Sharing with joint development partners and Data Migration from Agile to Enovia for a major Semiconductor company using Enovia 3DX Platform.Architected a Risk Management (System Hazard Analysis, xFMEA) and Test Management solution to provide a complete ALM solution on Enovia platform.

Architected a PLM solution specific to the Semiconductor industry which can be used for both fab and fabless companies. Manages process centric BOM for various chip configurations. The solution provided the ability to define requirements from engineering, sourcing, program management and supply chain perspectives. Facilitates collaboration between fabless companies and its manufacturing partners. Provides support for various protocols for Material Compliance

Responsible for shaping the strategy, scoping, defining and estimating the global PLM implementation. Defined an Enterprise Data Model to provide the foundation for a Single Source of Product Definition Data Master for the Semiconductor company. Partnered with the business Project Lead to drive the project. Led the development team and played a key role in envisioning, articulating, and implementing the Dassault Systemes PLM system. Evaluated and recommended technology. Key functionalities provided were support for Stacked Dies, BIN substitutions, auto generation of front end and back end BOMs while adhering to the rules of bin substitutions and product definition/sourcing network. Translated business and technical vision into innovative yet real-life Engineering/PLM application foundation technology and data solution by integrating COTS Application with several open-source frameworks like Spring Web Flow, Apache Jakarta Tools, Direct Web Remoting (Ajax Framework) to name a few. Successfully led the technical team which included onsite as well as off-shore resources. Organized and managed the implementation to ensure that the project is completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Provided solution for downstream integrations with process planning tools as well as Oracle ERP.
