Order Booking and scheduling and invoicing in SAP • Weekly, Quarterly, Monthly reports to management for Order Booking, revenue, dispatches, revenue forecast etc. • Order Booking and scheduling and invoicing in SAP • High – SEA- Sales Management. • OTTR planning and execution with the co-ordination of ISC. • Customer Credit Notes. • Expedites (work with planning, manufacturing, engineering, material planning, supply chain, & customer). • New Customer Set Up. • Execute Approved Special Pricing. • Order Acknowledgement. • Customer Master data set up and maintenance. • Ensure compliance to Exports such as LC transaction, Commercial export, FOC export, etc. • Organizes shipments of customer orders; Liaise with Freight Forwarders for Pre-Alerts & Post shipment documents • Communicates with Factory Planning and Customer Service departments on the scheduled pick-up date of the order; • Applies pre-screening process on upcoming sales requests. • Coordinates with Customers and C2C team for payments. • Establish key client and sale relationships to facilitate improved order process and customer satisfaction

Data Analysis • Reconciliation. • ERP management, ERP Data Analysis • Supply chain management. • Transaction Audit (sale order, purchase order, good receipt note). • Process incoming requisitions, • TAT Reports. • Reports & MIS submission • Outbound & Inbound Tracking reports. • Planning and coordinating for All India Stock Distribution from central warehouse to branch warehouses based on Requirement/Sales/GFK Rate. • Supervising PR-PO management cycle, Sales Order Cycle in Oracle ERP System. • Handling multiple jobs in ERP System (NES), importantly Product Management, SKU Code generation, Mapping of IMEI number to related warehouses, BTO Management. • Coordination with the Logistics, Operations and Commercial teams for export. • Initiating ERP System (NES) training programme for all the Branch Offices across India • Generating Pan India Sales Report on Daily Basis. • Review and analyses sales data to discover areas needing improvement and forecasting the stock requirement. • Devising Activated IMEI/Sales Report (for actual sales out figure and product Status in the market), GRN Report (for tracking of the imported shipment) • Handling internal selling of employee phone, business phone & demo phone. • Represented OPPO INDIA in an international event 2017.

Design and Development of Catalogue on database. • Application catalogue design updating. • Maintain the catalogue of all Lazy Lad Application. (Catalogue of Grocery, Pharmacy, Food & Snacks, Fruits & Vegetables, Cosmetics, Flowers, Meat & Sea Food, laundry Services). • Barcodes data Updating. • Order Processing, Data analyst, Product Management • MIS reporting, Orders Requisitions. • ERP Implementation as per business requirement.
