CONTEXTEAu sein de l'entreprise ESGCV Bordeaux faisant partie du groupe Galileo Global Éducation, mon rôle de coordinateur de projets pédagogiques est de faire le lien entre les étudiants des écoles du campus bassin à flot (ESG, ESG Sport, Esarc, Digital Campus et LISAA) et les entreprises de l'écosystème Bordelais autour de projets réels.MISSIONS MENÉES • L'aménagement de planning projet en lien avec les planning de formation des différentes écoles. • Suivi des projets grâce à des outils adaptés (Notion, GDrive, Excel, Outlook). • Coordination de projets éducatifs et événementiels, tant en ligne qu'en présentiel. • Présentations et pitchs devant les acteurs de l'écosystème bordelais et les étudiants. • Gestion de la communication entre les différents intervenants et optimisation des processus de projet. • Participation à des jurys pédagogiques pour des examens de bachelor et des incubateurs. • Prospection de potentiels projet à but d'enseignement pédagogique. • Accompagnement et conseils des étudiants. • Prise de parole en public et en réunion. • Automatisation de l'envoi de données entre Tally et Notion. • Mise en place d'une veille technologique automatisé sur la gestion de projet et la pédagogie.

Context: Development of a data transfer interface between the HRIS and the agenda.Technical environment: OBM, Oracle 11, PHP in OOP (Object Oriented Programming), SQLDeveloper, Filezilla, Linux.Achievements:• Study of the specifications.• Script development.• Writing unit tests in parallel with development.• Integration test.• Implementation of local versioning.Description :Development of a PHP script on the basis of specifications, making it possible to make visible in the agenda, absences and leaves coming from HR Access, the human resources management application.This interface must allow the connection between OBM and HR ACCESS for the management of absences and leave of Ifremer employees. Employees request leave through HR Access software, which is then submitted to a manager for approval. If it is validated, then this leave will be added to the employee's agenda.I wrote the algorithm of the script as I had visualized it before developing it, this allowed me to have a complete vision of the project.This interface must be on the production Linux server, so that it can be tested on around twenty people.Today, the script runs every 10 minutes and no modification of it has been necessary since its creation.

Context: Integration of an internal employee diary management software package.Technical environment: Visual Studio, C#, Windows Server 2008, Word, MS SQL Server.Achievement :• Integration of the software package on acceptance server.• Application testing and error correction.• Development of documentation (technical, users).• Development of a conceptual data model (CDM) as well as a class diagram.Arkéa would like to have a tool to manage these resources efficiently. Indeed, the company has grown and needs to have a manager more important than now. The project was subcontracted to Sodifrance.Autonomous implementation of the ASPLA software package (Planning Assistant) within a server for acceptance testing, then development of an installation procedure.The application was developed in-house and will be hosted on the company's network. As the application has not yet proven itself because its development was finalized only very recently, I was asked to host it on a validation server, then on a recipe server so that it could be tested.I deployed the application, first, via Visual Studio then, secondly, made a deployment package for a simplified installation in case of change of server. I wrote technical documentation when deploying the package, then reinstalled the application following this documentation to the letter to ensure that it was compliant.
