I did my thesis on the subject "Development of microtechnologies for axonal guidance study". I studied in vitro axonal guidance during the brain development. To do this, I used severals microtechnologies such as microfluidics and a micropatterning method (photopatterning). These technologies allow to isolate the axon to study its reaction to guidance cues.This experience allowed me to develop skills in : microtechnologies, cell culture (including neuron culture), molecular biology (immunohistochemistry, transfection and electroporation) microscopy, project management, teamwork and autonomous work.
