Hello thereHR practitioner with 3 years of working experience and skilled in recruitment and selection, T&D, EPE, payroll management, employees retention, H&S, disciplinary management and other HR operations in manufacturing sector. in 2019 started my HR career as a HR intern at Shan Teas(pvt) ltd. With this experience, I was able to gain lots of knowledge on HR practice s specially recruitment and selection, T&D. Currently I am working attached to HR consultant team at Agra Business Solution (pvt) ltd , which assgined me to develop and handle HR practices in Imex LInk (pvt) ltd in July 2021. I am enthusiastic about gaining new skills and update my HR knowledge in my HR career, then I joined with CQHRM in CIPM in 2021 and completed DPHRM by now, while finishing off ECOSH, CPM,PCLL. Ultimately I attempt to be Director-HR with enough working experiences, academic and professional qualifications in reputable manufacturing firm in Sri Lanka by 2040.
