• Responding to, and resolve enquiries in a professional manner, related to orders, deliveries and accounts • Manage quotes and deliveries• Maintain customer database and managing customer relationships• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response to all requests• Escalate queries and issues to be resolved by management• Implement processes to ensure smooth management of customer portfolio• Handle all relevant documentation• Sales follow ups & coordinate with suppliers• Accounts reconciliation for payments and manage MYOB account transactions• Conduct new market research and planning• Prepare short term and long term sales and marketing plans• Implement new systems to sales operations • Coordinate with system administrator through team view network system

• Prepare divisional budgets and attend budget meetings• Attend monthly managers’ meetings• Provide outstanding customer service• Maintain profitability• Prepare customer analysis• Ensure customers and staff are fully informed regarding product lines• Handle all customer enquiries/complaints in a friendly and professional manner • Work effectively with suppliers in new product development• Maintain accurate customer records• Conduct competitor evaluation to ensure our own market share is maintained• Prepare promotions and marketing campaigns• Coordinate and conduct technical training for customers• Work closely with customers on their production lines to identify issues and offer technical recommendations
