I was generally handling all of the patron inquiries, their issues and maintain records and databases of memberships. Also i was into sales and I was taking clients for Club tour explaining them the product information they need and sell the membership, I used to also manage sales team.

I was responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting customers problems and maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. And I used to collect information from customers on their issues and follow up with them for additional information needed. And also I was managing customer service team.
