Well-experienced in successfully establishing and growing a medical devices start-up subsidiary. Exceptional in fast learning and development of knowledge & skills in medical science and general management for over 10 Years. The world of work is changing so fast one can barely keep up. If I had been only good at one thing, I'd be very limited in the impact and difference I can make. Leading a small team in a start-up-like environment meant that everyone (including myself) had to wear a lot of different hats, so I got to experience all parts of running an operation, from the overall management from finance, HR, legal, compliance, IT, sales, and marketing. It has allowed me to be highly adaptable and oversee even specialized teams, as I have a clear idea and practical experience of all the various business functions. This helped my creative 5 year strategic plans to succeed. I also consistently coached my team to go above and beyond the work they were doing, as the business required more leaders. I believe in consistently learning and developing, a principle I applied in all parts of the business - even as the Managing Director, I took a keen interest and got involved in collecting direct feedback from our end customers and applying their experience towards the improvement of our product offerings and services systematically within Salesforce CRM. Customer centricity is the principal aspect of the overall business.
