• Reporting directly to the Project Manager.• Perform as PDCA Officer on all assigned project.• Assist the Project Manager in various Management-Consultancy projects.• Assist the Project Manager to liaise with department’s user in formulating & capturing Business Process & Needs to be translated into a well-documented Policies & Procedures (SOP), including administering and preparing Flow-Chart & Process-Flow by using Ms-Visio, as well as any other tools required. • Assist the Client in conducting socialization to all department & employee on approved Policies & Procedures (SOP). • Develop & maintain a good working relationship and smooth communication between team member and other department and supportive of team activities, especially to the Client’s organizations.• Effectively communicates significant changes, as well as all reports & deliverables to the Client.• Coordinate the New-POS Go-Live project at several branches for the Client.• Lead & Manage several Walk-in-Interview events for the Client at the Client site.• Get involved in the Creative-process of preparing & facilitating Kick-of-Meeting Y2014 & Y2015 for our Client respectively, including the Execution (Theme, Concept, Content, Activities, Location, Budget etc.)
