Graduate with a 2.1 honours degree, BBS in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin. I am originally from Venezuela and speak fluent Spanish and English. I have a full work Irish work permit, Stamp 4 and am currently employed full-time as Supervisor of Accessory Sales in EZ Living Furniture in Airside, Swords. The airside branch is the busiest EZ Living Furniture store in the country. I am currently seeking challenging positions that will develop my career portfolio and help build on previous experience from both my college studies and real-life work experiences. My current role requires strong organisational and management skills, as I am directly responsible for the Accessory Sales Department at EZ LIving Furniture. I manage and train 2 employees who work directly with me in this division. I organise weekly work schedules, placing weekly orders with vendors and work with visual merchandising to update the store for stock rotation. I also have previous work experience in the banking sector in Latin America, and in various roles, managing departments and supervising and training staff at Eurospar, Ireland. I have also worked as a volunteer at various cancer charities and organisations as both a fundraiser and a business analyst / advisor. I have a strong interest in diversity, inclusion and culture in the workplace. I have experience in Irish employee law, business policy, financial and management accounting, employee relations and diversity in the public and private sectors (having completed projects in these areas during my 5 year degree at university). I am a committee member of In4Squash, the only LGBT+ society for squash in Ireland, and co-ordinate the PR and marketing for the group through instagram, meet-up and other social media platforms. I am also a member of VCI, Venezuelan Community in Ireland, a non-profit which supports international employees and encourages the inclusion of Latin American culture in Ireland. I have a keen interest in interior architecture and design, and routinely advise clients through my role in EZ Living Furniture.
