I began my career at a private brokerage and then moved to CIBC, where I spent five years in residential mortgages and five years in commercial mortgages. Focusing primarily on office, retail and industrial, I gained unique skills in dealing with the specificities and complexities of underwriting and analysis for those asset classes. My client relationships tend to extend beyond the professional. I feel that it is important to understand the person, not just the business.
