Inventory Management: 1. Directing, optimizing and coordinate full order cycle. 2. Maintain accurate record of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation. 3. Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses. 4. Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with system record. 5. Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operation. Logistics Coordination: 1. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. 2. Optimize transportation route and method to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 3. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Documentation and filing of Inward and Outward Dispatch as per the SOP. 4. Make sure all proof of Dispatch/Return/Deliveries are properly maintained. Process Compliance: 1. Oversee the day to day operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of apparel products. 2. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storage and transportation of goods. 3. Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability as per customer demand and forecasting.Team Leadership: 1. Foster a positive work environment that prioritize safety, teamwork and accountability. 2. Supervise and lead a team to providing guidance and support. 3. Maintain petty cash expense for Warehouse and summit the statement of invoice to accounts Dept.Proformance monitoring: 1. analyzing and reporting on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Product Quality Assurance: 1. Implement quality control measure to ensure the accuracy and integrity of shipment and received product. 2. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies. 3.
