Challenge:
Korean Air was about to upgrade Aircrews release after 10 years. There was no proper documentation for the list of bugs fixed in the past 10 years and there was no proper documentation for release installation. While doing CVT, Korean Air found that the application was very unstable with nearly 70 Service Requests and Jira's. 
I had to go through all the list of Jira's fixed from 2008-2017 for all the other clients and sorted them to compare the issues reported by the client and found that the JIRA was missing in the build given. This had to be fixed as that was a major version jump. For new issues, I had to find the root cause and fix them.
 Frequent communication (calls and emails) with client, internal teams and at times working out of office hours helped me claim the trust of the clients. 
At last after 11 months of struggle, installation from CVT to production environment was completed successfully.
