The Artistic Director is the guiding hand of YTG. He or she is responsible for providing the artistic and executive direction necessary for the successful operation of YTG, and for motivating staff, casts, and Board members to follow YTG's Strategic Objectives and Artistic Mission. He or she is responsible, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, for evaluating the degree to which the long-term Artistic Mission and objectives are being met.The Artistic Director works with the Board and General Manager to form and maintain a production budget and manage all promotional and marketing materials as well as personally managing each creative project the company undertakes.The Artistic Director must assume any responsibility necessary in the absence of others.

Teaching English through drama to 1st and 2nd year English-language majors.Includes writing the curriculum and planning all the class activities, including a final performance.

Migrated all Middle School machines (~250 desktops and laptops) to Windows XP and set up centralized management and software deployment.Convinced stakeholders to agree to give up administrator rights on their PCs in exchange for fast turnaround on customized, pushed, software installations.Created or customized automated deployment packages for all applications used on Middle School computers.
