For over 15 years, I have been involved in consulting primarily in public policy social issue resolution. I am well known for consulting services in understanding client needs, clarifying goals and issues and accompanying them in solving problems, and project management based on the goals and milestones of the project. I have strength of having worked from local, to national, international level as well as public, private, and NPO domains.I have strong interest in solving social and business challenges through changes in people's behavior, thus specializing in behavioral design consulting with the cross-departmental team I launched in 2019. I am also passionate about making society better with children and youth. As a work, I am involved in social change working with the Child and Family Agency and the Digital Agency in Japan in the area of engaging children and youth in public policy decision making and early detection of SOS of children. I also work on this theme in social activities through NPO that I founded as well as as a volunteer for other NPO helping disadvantaged children to learn.
